Self Care is a relatively new topic for me … having fallen into the trap of being everything to everyone.  It wasn’t that I didn’t KNOW I needed a break … it was just life got so hectic I always focussed on everyone else.  But … the old adage is true … You Can’t Pour From An Empty Cup!

I have spent A LOT of time recently thinking about what I really enjoy – as in Me … not Mummy … and have decided to keep a record here of ideas and learnings I have made.

I intend to be intentional (see what I did there?!) about setting aside time for me … especially as I only have 4 short months before I will once again be cradling a newborn and no doubt scrambling for an ounce of sanity in a sleep deprived haze!
